Welcome to Oslo Vinterpark, Tryvann

The Oslo area's main ski resort. You can be skiing in only 20 minutes from downtown Oslo with convenient access from the public transportation system.

We have 18 slopes and 11lifts, offering a range of activities inlcuding alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark skiing, special areas for children and beginners, a terrain park, an intermediate halfpipe and Norways first Olympic standard Superpipe. With varying degrees of difficulty for all ages; children, youngsters and adults will all find suitable slopes. Oslo Vinterpark Tryvann is located 523 metres above sea level. The resort maintains normal operations typically from mid-November to April.

We have evening skiing 5 days a week until 22.00 with all our slopes equiped with floodlights. With the summers development and expansion our longest run is 1550 meters with a total drop of 381 meters. A powerful snow cannon system and an altitude of 500 meters above sea level ensures snow from the beginning of December until April.

This year we are opening up a new children's and beginners area, three new intermediate and advanced runs paralleling Wyllerløpe and a superpipe. This new expansion also includes new cafes, an ecological bakery, and for the first time our own ski school. Our expansion has also allowed us to hold world class competitions. This year we will be hosting the 2012 World Snowboarding Championships. Qualifying and finals will take place here at Oslo Winterpark  from the 10th to the 19th of Febuary. Events will include both womens and mens world titles in Slopestyle and Halfpipe. Find more information at www.wsc2012.com.
